1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WarmUp AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WarmUp AI is an email warmup platform that helps improve email deliverability by sending automated emails between accounts in a shared network. The Service uses AI-generated content to simulate natural email conversations.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate email credentials when connecting accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
• You must only connect email accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to use.
• You must not use the Service for spam, phishing, or any illegal purposes.

4. Shared Warmup Network

By connecting email accounts, you consent to those accounts participating in the shared warmup network. This means:

• Your accounts will send and receive automated warmup emails to/from other accounts in the network.
• Email content is AI-generated and does not represent your personal views.
• Other users' accounts in the network may send emails to your connected accounts.

5. Credential Security

Your email credentials (passwords, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (Fernet/AES-128). We never store passwords in plain text. However, by nature of the Service, we require access to your SMTP and IMAP credentials to send and receive emails on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Connect accounts that violate your email provider's terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to your email deliverability or sender reputation.
• Actions taken by your email provider (e.g., account suspension).
• Loss of data resulting from Service use.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
